We’re launching the following promotion to help drive your sales and affiliate recruitment over the Christmas 2025 / 2026 period. These two bonuses have the following criteria.

Bonus 1

EcoForce Global in addition to the commission paid on tree sales is going to add an extra
$50,000 AUD or equivalent ( $32,000 USD approx) in bonuses for all Affiliates to share in between now and February 28 2026.

All you have to do to qualify for your share in this bonus pool is, 

1/ Be or Become an Affiliate. All of you receiving this email are qualified for this.
2/ Purchase or sell a tree for the Zambia project 
3/ Recruit a new affiliate who purchases a tree.

So how can you get your share of the bonus pool.

B/ Share this link with everyone worldwide to buy a tree for your Zambian tree project. You can buy a tree yourself or share this link with people worldwide and invite them to support your tree planting project.

If you purchase a tree or sell a tree or a new affiliate you introduce purchases or sells a tree you will earn $2 AUD for every affiliate who purchases or sells a tree. 

Refer 5 who qualify you will earn $10 AUD from the $50,000 pool.

Bonus 2

For every tree sold throughout the promotion we will add $1 AUD to a Best Sellers bonus pool.

There will be 3 prizes, 1st Place, 2nd Place and 3rd Place.

The top three affiliates will share the prize pool made up of $1 AUD per tree sold with
1st place receiving 57% of the total prize pool
2nd place receiving 28% of the total prize pool
3rd place receiving 15% of the total prize pool.

The prize pool value will be the total number of trees sold x $1 AUD

Example a prize pool from 20,000 trees old would give the winner
1st place would receive $11,400 AUD
2nd place would receive $5,600 AUD
3rd place would receive $3,000 AUD 

EcoForce Global – Sales Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: 25 November 2025 – 28 February 2026
Promoter: EcoForce Australia Pty Ltd (“EcoForce Global”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

1. Eligibility

1.1 This Promotion is open to all EcoForce Global Affiliates worldwide.
1.2 To participate, individuals must be:

  • An existing EcoForce Global Affiliate; or
  • A newly registered Affiliate during the Promotion Period.
    1.3 Affiliates must comply with all EcoForce Global affiliate terms, policies, and local laws.

2. Promotion Overview

This Promotion consists of two bonus opportunities:

  • Bonus 1 – $50,000 AUD Affiliate Bonus Pool
  • Bonus 2 – Best Sellers Bonus Pool

Affiliates may participate in one or both bonuses.

BONUS 1 – $50,000 AUD AFFILIATE BONUS POOL

3. Bonus Pool Value

3.1 EcoForce Global will make available a total bonus pool of $50,000 AUD
(approximately $32,000 USD based on exchange rates at the time of publication).
3.2 EcoForce Global may adjust the bonus pool amount in the event of significant currency fluctuations, at its discretion.

4. How to Qualify for Bonus 1

To earn a share of the Bonus 1 pool, Affiliates must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:

4.1 Be an EcoForce Global Affiliate (current or newly registered).
4.2 Purchase or sell at least one tree, specifically for the Zambia project.
4.3 Recruit at least one new Affiliate who:

  • Registers via the Affiliate’s unique referral link, and
  • Purchases at least one tree for the Zambia project.

5. Earnings From Bonus 1

5.1 For every qualifying Affiliate introduced (who purchases or sells at least one tree), the referring Affiliate will earn $2 AUD from the $50,000 Bonus Pool.
5.2 Example: Refer 5 qualifying Affiliates → earn $10 AUD from the Bonus Pool.
5.3 Earnings continue until the Bonus Pool is fully allocated or the Promotion Period ends, whichever comes first.
5.4 Payments will be made after the close of the Promotion Period following verification of eligible sales and referrals.

BONUS 2 – BEST SELLERS BONUS POOL

7. Bonus Pool Structure

7.1 For every tree sold worldwide during the Promotion Period, EcoForce Global will contribute $1 AUD into the Best Sellers Bonus Pool.
7.2 The total value of this pool is the number of trees sold × $1 AUD.

Example:
20,000 trees sold → Bonus Pool = $20,000 AUD

8. Prizes

8.1 The three Affiliates with the highest number of verified tree sales during the Promotion Period will win a share of the Bonus Pool as follows:

  • 1st Place: 57% of total prize pool
  • 2nd Place: 28% of total prize pool
  • 3rd Place: 15% of total prize pool

Example for a $20,000 AUD pool:

  • 1st: $11,400 AUD
  • 2nd: $5,600 AUD
  • 3rd: $3,000 AUD

8.2 Tree sales will be measured by the EcoForce Global affiliate tracking system based on confirmed and valid transactions.
8.3 Cancelled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, or fraudulent sales do not count.
8.4 To be in the draw for this Bonus 2 prize pool you must sell a minimum of 10 trees during the promotion period.

GENERAL TERMS

9. Payment of Bonuses

9.1 Bonus earnings will be paid to winners within 30 days after promotion close, subject to verification.
9.2 Payments are made in AUD. International Affiliates are responsible for any currency conversion fees.
9.3 Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying any tax obligations arising from bonuses received.

10. Fair Play and Fraud Prevention

10.1 EcoForce Global reserves the right to disqualify any Affiliate who engages in:

  • fraudulent activity
  • self-referrals through fake accounts
  • manipulation of purchases
  • use of bots or automated systems
  • breach of affiliate terms

10.2 EcoForce Global may require identity verification or proof of legitimate promotional activity.

11. Promotion Changes

11.1 EcoForce Global may amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time where necessary due to unforeseen events, system failure, or force majeure.
11.2 Any changes will be published on the EcoForce Global website.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 EcoForce Global is not liable for:

  • technical issues affecting tracking or registration,
  • incomplete or failed transactions,
  • errors caused by third-party platforms.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoForce Global’s liability is limited to awarding the applicable bonuses under these Terms.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
13.2 Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this Promotion, Affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
